Scope of Work

BGBS worked closely with the client to achieve the dual objectives of identifying target growth markets for export of their flagship products as well as augmenting their internal resources to strengthen delivery capabilities. As a result of the extensive market research activity, multiple customers and channel partners were identified and connected across 6 target countries where exports would lead to sustained growth in the coming years.
